About
Healthbridge Direct is a GP federation (a group of GP practices) that covers the London Borough of Redbridge. Together, we unite and help practices to help their patients.
From Woodford Green to Valentines Park, our mission is to make sure that general practices and primary care networks in Redbridge have what they need to be the best they can for their patients and workforce. We do this in two ways:
Support for practices and primary care networks
Through advice, hands-on support and training, we help practice teams thrive. Acting as one voice for primary care across our patch, we listen and present our members’ contributions to system partners responsible for planning and buying health services across north east London.
Delivering extra health and wellbeing services together
We coordinate, plan and deliver a range of extra health and wellbeing services for our 32 member practices. Providing these together means we can do much more for our diverse communities as doctors and healthcare professionals. And it means local people can access the quality healthcare they need in a way that’s as convenient as possible.
